The 2 things you’ll need:
A good goal. Right away, you’ll learn the significant benefits to having a “good goal.” You’ll be off to a great start if you come ready to focus on a specific target you know you can hit with the right effort and attention. (I’ll help with that part.) Don’t make it too small or too big. Pick something you could finish in the next few weeks or next few months.
Your attention. Giving your attention to just the 2-minute exercises will make a difference. Each one prepares you for success in a different way, so if you only want to spend 40 minutes working on your project over the course, you’ll definitely get some benefit. What follows each lesson are suggestions for going forward. That’s where you’ll find the gold.
Oh, and you’ll need a notebook. There’s some writing involved.
